Project Details
When creating copy for our creative studio’s website, we aimed to use a voice that sounded like our own, reflected our values, and encouraged people to inquire about our services to convert those readers to booked projects.
Creative Process
Because our audience was mostly recently-engaged women in their 20s-40s, I wanted to connect with them in the way I connect with my friends and little sisters. This meant finding words and a tone that uses the same authority, kindness, and trustworthiness I use as a big sister. After creating word banks and working with my business partner to figure out where we wanted the copy to fit in, I focused on connecting with our potential clients while describing their pain points and providing a solution to them.
